Erica can combine Swedish Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Polarity Therapy to create a customized experience for your body's needs. Erica is also certified in Thai Foot Reflexology and can provide Reflexology for relaxation. You may add an essential oil to any massage or Reflexology session for the ultimate unique experience. There is a wide variety of oils and blends available to suit any preference.

30 Minute Massage
Take thirty minutes and enjoy the benefits of massage. Great for those who do not need a full body massage but need one or two muscle groups addressed. The perfect amount of time for a peppermint foot soak and massage! $30.00
40 Minute Reflexology Session

Thai Foot Reflexology
Enjoy a refreshing foot soak & scrub before you receive an energetic reflexology & massage session for your feet and low legs. If you have foot, leg or knee pain or are just on your feet all day, this is the treat for you! Please wear clothing that can be rolled up to allow access to the foot and low leg. (Short skirts are not recommended.) This service lasts for one hour. $65.00
Reflexology for Relaxation
Conventional, or Traditional, Reflexology increases circulation of blood and lymph and is performed with the client fully clothed. Erica will apply alternating pressure to areas of the feet to invite the body to enter a deeply relaxed state. This supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. This session is one hour long. Please wear clothing that can be rolled up to access the foot and ankle.
Erica is currently attending a certification program at the Academy of Ancient Reflexology to supplement her existing skills and is offering clients an opportunity to receive Reflexology at a discounted rate. You will be required to fill out a few simple forms at the beginning of the session and a Feedback Form at the end to document your experience.

Travel Fee
There is a Travel Fee for in house visits to account for the time it takes to get to your location, load in and break down the massage/Reflexology equipment. Since there is only one Travel Fee per visit, you might take this as an opportunity to host a small gathering at your house: Spa Day at your place! Split the fee and save some money.
Erica is also happy to offer a $5.00 discount off of your total price if you provide your own head pillow and pillowcase, towel for chest draping, one fitted twin sized cotton or flannel sheet, one flat twin sized cotton or flannel sheet in any color except white.
