Helpful Tips and Massage Policies
When You Arrive
Please arrive clean and sober at the scheduled time of your session. Your appointment has been made to allow time to complete important paperwork, conduct an interview and provide for a relaxed, unhurried experience. Likewise, you can count on me to be on time, clean and sober. Let's use this time to silence our cell phones.
Client Confidentiality
Your health information and any discussion between the client and therapist is confidential. You will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form, which you may download below and bring with you to your appointment.
Massage Policies
Children and pets WILL NOT be permitted in the massage room at any time. By booking a session, you agree to make arrangements for their care. Children and pets should never be left unattended.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a “No-Show” fee. Clients who fail to keep their appointments without proper notice on more than two occasions may be asked to prepay for future services. I also agree to give you as much notice as possible in the unlikely event I need to reschedule your appointment.
Late Policy
Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled time. If you do arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time and you will be required to pay the full amount. In special cases, with proper notification and when scheduling will allow, I may agree to accommodate a full or partial session. This is at my discretion.
Safety Policy
Draping will be used during the session – only the area being worked on will be uncovered. I will do everything possible to maintain a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for you and I. You have the right to terminate a session at any time for any reason.
Sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature will constitute as sexual harassment and will not be tolerated. The session will be terminated and you will be liable for full payment of the scheduled session.
You agree that your health is important to the both of us and agree to keep me informed of any major medical changes in your life that may be important in terms of the work you receive.

You understand that you are receiving massage therapy or Reflexology at your own risk. In the unlikely event that you become injured either directly or indirectly as a result, in whole or in part, of the aforesaid massage therapy you hereby hold harmless and indemnify the therapist, their principals, and agents from all claims and liability whatsoever.
